পাকিস্তানে ওসামা বিন লাদেনের গোপন আবাসে যে সব বই পাওয়া গেছে সেগুলোর মধ্যে মুদ্রিত বইয়ের চেয়ে ইলেক্ট্রনিক বইয়ের (ই-বুক) সংখ্যাই বেশি। সেখানে প্রাপ্ত বই ঘেঁটে দেখা গেছে, নাইন-ইলেভেন নিয়ে বিভিন্ন ষড়যন্ত্র তত্ত্বের বড় ফ্যান ছিলেন বিন লাদেন।

মার্কিন সরকার বিন লাদেনের গোপন আবাসে প্রাপ্ত জিনিসপত্রের তালিকা প্রকাশ করেছে সম্প্রতি। এগুলোর মধ্যে বইয়ের তালিকাও রয়েছে। বিন লাদেনের কথিত মৃত্যুর চতুর্থ বার্ষিকীর কিছু পরে এই তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হলো।

আইন, সামরিক কৌশল বিষয়ক বইয়ের পাশাপাশি তালিকায় এমন বই রয়েছে যেগুলিতে নাইন-ইলেভেনের ঘটনায় খোদ মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের জড়িত থাকার অভিযোগ করা হয়েছে। ইংরেজি ভাষায় লেখা বইগুলির সবই ডিজিটাল। এই তালিকাটা অনেকটা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পাঠ্যতালিকার মতো সিরিয়াস বইয়ে ভর্তি। সেখানে আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্ক, রাজনীতি, আইনের মতো বিষয়ের উপর নামিদামি বই রয়েছে।
